Prefactortech has developed many types of automation Equipment, including special machines, inspection machines, and teaching aids. Special machines involve in the process of machining、abrading、cutting、assembling、transporting、drilling. Inspection machines focuse on product inspection, e.g., dimensional accuracy and structural damage. Teaching aids serves as a tool for school lessons. The three types of automation equipment mentioned above can be imported and used directly. If any specifications are to be modified, they could be adjusted according to the customer needs.
When a new automation machine is developed, the process analysis and research of the product are carried out first, including personnel, equipment, materials, construction method, required quality, and other factors. Through experiment and digital simulation technique, we are able to layout the process, including robots, mechanisms, electronic systems, and combine mechanism designs, electronic control, integration, installation, as well as virtual-real integration technique and experience, to ensure the smooth development of new automation machines.
