Automobile Industry
Prefactortech was derived from an automobile enterprise, and thus have the experience in product design, fixture development, and production line implementation. We support our clients with the layout of production lines that cater to their desire capacity through preliminary design, simulation, and review.

The following automatic equipment is all ready for use. If any specifications are to be modified, adjustments can be made according to customers’ needs

Stamping handling

The stamping process is tiring, filthy, and dangerous, and thus makes the recruitment of labor difficult. In addition, industries in Taiwan are marching their way towards small-number-of-diverse-product mode. The number of orders fluctuates widely, resulting in the difficulty of the workforce arrangements and thus leaving the factory unable to achieve full production capacity.

The stamping machine tending system include the robots and peripherals. The grippers of the robot can adjust themselves according to the size of the workpieces and support multi-product production. 
​
The stamping machine tending system incorporate small or large robotic arm able to pick up workpiece with pneumatic grippers and then move it on to the next process, saving loading and unloading workforces. The automatic system can run under a three-shift basis, increasing the factory utilization rate.

Fixtures

To avoid being damaged by force and inertia during assembling and transporting, fixtures must be implemented to fix the parts while automobile assembly is on the run, making sure that the accuracy of the products meets the requirements.

After fixtures are designed and assembled, some adjustments still have to be made according to the products and workpieces in order to increase the stability and accuracy of the products.

To avoid interference between the weld guns from happening, welding and machining processes should be taken into consideration when manufacturing the fixture. Through conducting simulation and software design in advance, we are able to ensure that the quality of the fixtures meets our goal.

Spot welding automation

To avoid being damaged by force and inertia during assembling and transporting, fixtures must be implemented to fix the parts while spot welding assembly is on the run, making sure that the accuracy of the products meets the requirements.  
​
Servo or air pressure guns can be used in a spot welding process. Robots have to be arranged in groups with fixtures or sliding plates to perform product welding.
​

Transporting equipment

Prefactortech has the ability to design and manufacture transporting equipment, including fixtures, conveyor belts, ceiling transporting systems, etc.

Prefactortech integrates AGVs and material racks and transports material for the production line through the vehicle control center.

The transporting system in the product assembly utilizes conveyor belts, AGVs, ceiling transporting systems, etc., to transport the materials. Prefactortech was derived from an automobile enterprise, and thus have the technique and experience to assist our clients to achieve mass-production.

The assembly of related products should be reviewed and confirmed starting with drawings and quality. Fixtures are then designed and manufactured, and the whole assembly could move onto mass-production after rigorous quality checks.

AGVs and robot systems are used to assemble products such as sheet metals and afterward parts, Prefactortech was derived from an automobile enterprise, and thus have the technique and experience to support our clients to achieve mass-production.
