Chemical Industry
First, we establish a technical research team and cooperate with the chemical industry to jointly conduct analysis and research on the process of production, which includes factors such as personnel, equipment, materials, construction methods, and quality. Through experiments and digital simulation technology, we plan the automation process, which includes robots, mechanisms, electronic systems, and other peripherals. Afterward come the mechanism design, integration, installation, and testing, to assist customers in completing the development of their new automated system. At present, we can provide a coil packaging system and a workpiece loading system.

The common way of packaging products in the chemical industry is to use a coil, thus the personnel needs to stack, transfer, and replace. Because of the product's size and weight, many people are required for the process.

With a robot, the coil is lifted from the rack or pallet, placed on the packaging machine, and then packaged. 
The automated coil packaging system can save manual labor for loading and unloading. The automated system can carry out three shifts of production, and only needs people for supplying raw materials and collecting finished products. In other words, the system is going to improve the efficiency of the factory.

In the common chemical industry, people are needed to transfer products to and from the production line, as well as for replacing products on the line occasionally. Because of the product's size and weight, many people are required for the process.

The workpiece feeding system consists of a robot that can lift semi-finished or finished products from the rack or pallet, and place them on the production line for subsequent processes.

The workpiece feeding system can save manual labor for loading and unloading. The automated system can carry out three shifts of production, and only needs people for supplying raw materials and collecting finished products. In other words, the system is going to improve the efficiency of the factory.
