Automation of PCB router machines
In the electronics industry, Most of the PCBs are produced in the form of a union board after SMT. A router machine is needed to cut and divide the PCBs. In the past, workforces are required to do the loading and unloading of the material. Now, we are looking forward to solving this problem via automation.

Laser engraving automation
Laser engraving is a dangerous task, and all personnel should extra attention. Therefore, it is difficult to get the workforce needed. In addition, industries in Taiwan are marching their way towards small-number-of-diverse-product mode. The number of orders fluctuates widely, resulting in the difficulty of the workforce arrangements and thus leaving the factory unable to achieve full production capacity.

The laser engraving machine tending system include the robot and peripherals. The grippers of the robot can adjust itself according to the size of the workpiece and the robot with high accuracy can perform laser engraving directly.
|
The laser machine tending system incorporate small robotic arm able to pick up workpiece from trays with grippers. After the robotic arm performs laser engraving, workpieces will be moved to the packaging process, saving loading and unloading workforces. The automatic system runs under a three-shift basis, increasing the factory utilization rate.
