For a better efficiency, we establish a technical research team and cooperate with the machining industry to jointly conduct analysis and research on the process of production, which includes factors such as personnel, equipment, materials, construction methods, and quality.
Through experiments and digital simulation techniques we plan the automation process, which includes robots, mechanisms, electronic systems, and other peripherals. With our design, integration, installation, and testing, we assist customers in completing the development of their new automated system. The Machine tending for CNC machine module (MT-M001) incorporates a small six-axis robotic arm and a sliding table. The robotic arm is used for the machine tending, saving a lot of workforce. The automation system operates under a three-shift basis, and people are only needed for feeding raw material and retrieving the final products. In this way, we can achieve a better factory efficiency.
