Visual Components Models for Omniverse Integration: Building Digital Twin Systems
Visual Components models can be directly imported into Omniverse to establish Digital Twin system simulations. This enables the simulation of real production environments and the generation of synthetic data for more precise analysis and training. The integration of Visual Components with Omniverse supports a wide range of applications, including AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) navigation training, factory layout simulation, and capacity planning. AI technology can leverage synthetic data generated from virtual environments to train systems, significantly enhancing AMR navigation and obstacle avoidance capabilities while reducing the time and cost required for on-site adjustments.

NVIDIA Omniverse Case study

PrefactorTech, as an NVIDIA partner developer, is capable of conducting project development within the NVIDIA Omniverse platform. Beyond Digital Twin system simulations, PrefactorTech can also generate virtual synthetic data for various applications, including AMR navigation training and simulation. Below are some real-world application cases.

Food

This project utilizes Visual Components for planning, design, and simulation. Additionally, synthetic data is generated through NVIDIA Omniverse to perform AI vision pre-training, which is subsequently applied to physical robotic systems using NVIDIA Jetson.

Automation

Omniverse is applied to the integration and development process of automation equipment, enabling system development planning and design review. This significantly shortens development timelines and reduces system risks.

Automobile

Using Lotus Car maker as a real-world application case, the project involves automotive process design and planning to validate production feasibility, layout evaluation, time balancing, and interference analysis.
