Assembly Industry

Assembly Industry 
It is necessary to understand the process of the product before automating the assembly equipment and to analyze and conduct research, including factors like personnel, equipment, material, method, quality, etc. Through experiment and digital simulation techniques, we are able to layout the process, including robots, mechanisms, electronic systems, and combine mechanism designs, electronic control, integration, installation, as well as virtual-real integration technique and experience, to ensure the development of automation equipment goes smoothly.

Prefactortech has developed various automatic assembling equipment. The following automation equipment can be imported and used directly. If any specifications are to be modified, they could be adjusted according to the customer needs.
 Cutter holder assembly
A cutter holder​ is composed of several parts. In the past, it was assembled and adjusted manually during assembly. However, due to the changing of the busy season and off-season, idleness is often seen in the arrangement of assembling workforces.

Prefactortech builds up an automatic cutter holder assembling system by conducting research on cutter holder​ products, fully reviewing the assembling order and quality with business owners, running digital simulations, and designing, manufacturing, and adjusting the equipment. 
​
The system includes conveyor belts, multi-axis robots, servo-mechanisms, grippers, fixtures, screw locking machines, riveting machines, push-in machines, etc. Through system integrations and development corporations with business owners, we are able to complete the automatic cutter holder​ assembling system.

The cutterhead is made up of many parts and components, and thus the production process is complicated. The assembling requires plenty of workforces, and the recent market demand fluctuates widely, making the arrangement of manpower difficult during the peak and off-season. We are looking forward to solving this problem by automating our devices.
