Digital Twin

Digital Twin
Digital Twin is an advanced manufacturing decision-making system. The application is including workflow analysis, logistics simulation, ergonomic, robotics, mechanical, physical simulation. It’s very easy to use for machine builder, system integrator and manufacturer for maximizing the efficiency and enhancing productivity.

Digital factory use Visual Components 4.0 as the software platform. The software with many intelligent models, including industrial robots, conveyor, logistics system, 3D model database. Engineers can quickly plan or design the whole factory. Then Engineers can verify and analysis the factory in virtual world.

Visual Components platform also provide Software Development Kit (SDK) with flexible and abundant features. Visual Components Add-ons and COM interfaces provide interconnectivity with other third party systems. With development with (.NET) environment, Visual Components applications can be integrated with systems such as SCADA, MES, ERP.

We also have real-time interface connects the 3D models to third party software and machine and line controllers for production validation and optimization.

Digital Twin

Confirm the operation process, working hours, output, etc. of the simulated plastic injection machine, cutting machine, and robot in the simulation software, and connect with the physical equipment.

Offline Programming
