 Robotic handmade coffee system

The robotic hand system has a variety of functions such as automatic beans grinding, placing filter papers, handwashing, and self-cleaning. It is the only coffee robot with a self-cleaning function on the market. The coffee flavor is also consistent as the robotic hand has been taught by a Barista Champion.

In addition to the quality of the coffee beans, good handmade coffee needs to be extracted through a swan-neck kettle, a grinder, a filter paper, and a filter cup. The temperature, flow rate, the pouring angle, and position of the water will affect the flavor of the brewing, which factors depend on the technique, skills, and experience of the barista. Cafepro transfers the barista’s technique, skills, and experience into a program for a robot, and closely controls factors such as time, water temperature, water volume, and flow rate, so as to obtain one of the best hand-brewed coffee in the entire cup.
